About the GaiaNet Community
The GaiaNet community is like a starship exploring the endless possibilities of the universe using AI and Web3 technology. The moment you join our community, it signifies your willingness to embark on an unknown journey, starting as an ordinary crew member.
Community roles are available in four main colors:
- Gold represents the commands.
- Blue for Specialists.
- Red for Operations.
- Green for new crew members.
As we continue its journey forward, you may find yourself taking on roles such as a Cadet, Operations Officer, Communications Officer, Diplomatic Officer, scientist, or even a commander.
Community Roles
We featured exclusive roles in the GAIA Voyage Season 1 event: Voyager-GAIA Bronze, Silver, and Gold. These roles are specifically designed for voyage series events, adding a layer of excitement and engagement.
Beyond the GAIA Voyage event, our community will primarily operate with the following roles:
- Cadet (Green): New crew members will start with this role.
- Communications Officer (Red): Promoters who share GaiaNet content across various personal platforms such as social media, forums, etc., and organize live streaming events.
- Operations Officer (Red): Educators who create high-quality educational content, including articles, video tutorials, and online courses. They also organize weekly community meetings.
- Diplomatic Officer (Red): Welcomers who introduce new members to the community, especially professionals from different fields, and organize joint activities.
- Science Officer (Blue): Engineers and GaiaNet Network Developers.
- First Officer (Gold): Moderators who oversee community activities.
Most roles can be upgraded through contributions, earning higher ranks and rewards.
How to Achieve Higher Roles and Receive More Rewards?
1. Joining and Certification:
- You will receive the Cadet role upon joining the GaiaNet community and completing certification. The community bot will automatically track your activity level, which you can check anytime in the #bot commands channel.
2. Progression:
- Once you progress from Level 0 to Level 5, you can enter the #upgrade channel and trigger the corresponding emoji to select one of the Communications Officer, Operations Officer, or Diplomatic Officer roles.
- Important Notice: The #upgrade channel will be activated once a sufficient number of members reach Cadet Level 5. We will open role selections at that time.
3. Role-Specific Advancement:
- Communications Officer: Perform community-building tasks through Galxe. The top 5% in points ranking will be promoted every two weeks up to G3. If you do not advance, you will be demoted to one level.
- Operations Officer: Complete your job description in the #builder channel and be voted on by all Officers. The top 5% will be promoted up to G3. If you do not advance, you will be demoted one level.
- Diplomatic Officer: The top 5% ranked by the bot will be promoted at the end of each month, up to G3. If you do not advance, you will be demoted to one level.
Joining the GaiaNet community is akin to embarking on a grand voyage into the digital universe!
Each role you take on, from a Cadet to a Diplomatic Officer, is a step towards exploring new frontiers in AI and Web3 technology! Engage actively, contribute meaningfully, and rise through the ranks to unlock new opportunities and rewards.
